Growth Method keeps roles deliberately simple. We believe effective marketing teams run on transparency, so there’s no complex permissions system to manage.
The two roles

| Team manager | The marketing team manager or director | Read and write across the app, including team settings (goals, adding users) |
| Team member | Everyone else on the team (the default) | Read and write across the app, with read-only access to team settings |
The only practical difference: managers can change team settings; members see those settings as read-only.
Subscribers
Subscribers are a separate, lightweight role for sharing campaign reports with internal and external stakeholders. See subscribers.
Deleting users
People can belong to multiple teams and switch between them (an agency manager might be on several client accounts). To avoid mistakes, users can currently only be deleted by contacting support@growthmethod.com.
