Your subscription and payments are managed through Stripe, which supports 125+ payment methods worldwide, including Bacs Direct Debit, ACH Direct Debit, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Pay by Bank, and Apple Pay.
Anniversary billing
Your subscription renews on the same day each month that you signed up. If you join on the 12th, future bills fall on the 12th. Each payment is charged in advance for the month ahead. This keeps billing predictable and avoids complicated proration.
If you upgrade, we prorate the change immediately. If you downgrade, the new plan takes effect at your next billing date.
Billing customer portal
Find the link to your Stripe billing portal in the app under Team Settings. From the portal you can:
- View open and paid invoices
- View and update billing information
- View and update payment methods
- Cancel your subscription
